TD Direct Investing says its 2025-2026 TD Active Trader Offer waives the platform's US$32 monthly streaming market-data fee for a new TD Active Trader account from the date it is opened through December 31, 2026. The client must also be onboarded as a TD Active Trader user by December 31 and keep the account in good standing.
TD's headline and current-offers summary say to open the account by November 30, 2026, but the detailed terms also say it must be opened "prior to" November 30. Those statements do not agree on whether an account opened on November 30 qualifies. The published terms state no deposit, asset-transfer or trading-volume requirement.
This service-fee waiver is separate from TD's Easy Cash promotion. It does not promise cash back for transferred assets, and satisfying this offer does not by itself satisfy Easy Cash. After December 31, the regular monthly streaming market-data fee may be charged if applicable and appear in account activity and statements.
The offer is not transferable to another client or to a pre-existing account when a client joins an existing household. TD says employees are eligible, while accounts opened before June 15, 2024 are not. TD also reserves the right to change, extend or withdraw the offer without notice.
